Secretary Desk — Neural Brain

Privacy-first desktop app for housing-society secretaries: ingest WhatsApp threads, PDFs, docs & photos into a living markdown memory, then ask grounded questions — entirely local via Streamlit + Ollama. Full RAG pipeline in SQLite with cosine retrieval, intent-aware context (builder handover, committee notes), optional RSS ingestion, and multilingual output (English / Hindi / Hinglish).
